  I ordered a shawarma to go and when I picked up, I realized that the meat was not fresh. It was a day old that was re- heated. I saw it taken out from the fridge and re-heated then sliced.
  Customer service was ok.

  Should have given it 3 stars but decided to be nice. Went there for lunch. Place looks huge, nice like they get they s*** done. Walked through the door nobody to greet me. Had to look around to see where to order from. Got to the cashier who was colder than a block of ice. "is this where I order?" "Yeah" word of advice - put a smile on your face and better interaction will avoid these poor stars. Didn't look like she was having a good day, but that's not customers' issue. Wanted a combo plate, they didn't have it. Place this big could not get beef and chicken together. Because $14 is not enough.
  
  Having said all that, chicken plate was good. Nice stage for entertainment.

  I've finally gotten a chance to try this place. It's next to my work, but I don't have time to sit down for lunch, although I suppose I could order take out next time. The lunch specials are delicious and super worth it! It comes with a soup (lentil), rice and salad. Substitutions cost extra. Service was excellent as well. For some reason, my entree only came with a salad and no grilled tomato! I didn't want the waitress to go and get me a side of rice, although she offered. The flat bread is really good! I will likely order take out next time. I really like how they offer fish (salmon) for the same price as chicken or beef!

  Came here for lunch with a few coworkers. We had only planned on taking 1hr lunch but since our service was so slow it took much longer than ever so we'll probably stick to ordering delivery. 3 1/2 if you could do half stars. We parked valet. I believe it's $2 in the structure for lunch.
  
  We were seated upon arrival tables are numbered so I assumed we'd be tended to. I didn't have water for most of my meal BC I never got a refill. When I did it was after I waved down what may have been a manager BC he seemed to want to make sure we were enjoying our meal as he saw our unhappy faces.
  
  My coworker and I shared a lunch special. The other two women had their own plates. Lentil soup is good. And their lunch specials are fairly priced and good beef katubeh. I always add sumac and they have some in a shaker so that was cool. I eat tons of middle eastern and this is a pretty good spot. Just wish they had better service. Our server was very polite. It just took forever to get a water refill and our food. They serve pita before the meal. We also ordered tzaziki and hummus their hummus is so good and the tzaziki as well.
